The Dynaudio Evoke 20 loudspeaker guarantees a lot of fun, connect and enjoy. Thanks to a cleverly designed 18 cm Esotec + long-stroke bass-mid driver, with new rolled edges and made of the very light magnesium silicate polymer, an open middle area and a tight bass reproduction are the result. The basses even run up to a staggering 40 Hz. An aluminum voice coil provides greater control over the driver’s travel, even at higher volume. This, together with other luxury components of the driver such as the strontium carbon ferrite ceramic magnet ‘motor’, results in a very natural and full reproduction and you enjoy nothing but music.

Cerotar: a new type of tweeter for the Dynaudio Evoke 20

At the top of the Dynaudio Evoke 20 speaker is a newly designed treble transducer: the Cerotar tweeter. Under the 28mm soft dome of this tweeter is the newly developed Hexis dome, which can only be found in the Confidence models. This Hexis dome optimizes airflow behind the soft dome to smooth out the tweeter’s frequency response and eliminate unwanted resonances. The new ‘motor’ uses ceramic strontium carbonate ferrite + magnets to increase efficiency, resulting in a silky smooth high and speed in reproduction.
